Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

We will provide return instructions and the return address. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns related to sizing, fit, or change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include photos of the issue.
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Made-to-order items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please request a return first and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that bank or payment provider processing times may vary.
